The DC-Image Source filter is designed as a replacement for Microsofts Image Renderer filter. It can parse bmp, ico, wmf, emf, jfif, jpg, jpe, jpeg, rle, dib, win, vst, vda, tga, icb, tiff, tif, fax, eps, pcx, pcc, scr, rpf, rla, sgi, rgba, rgb, bw, psd, pdd, ppm, pgm, pbm, cel, pic, pcd, gif, cut, psp, png and doesn't suffer from the limitations like the MS Image Renderer filter. The filter is setup to assign all extensions by default, so any Directshow based mediaplayer should be able to use this filter.

This filter uses the GraphicEx Image Library by Mike Lischke and is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
Installation
You can use the installer zip. This will install and uninstall the filter automatically.

Or, with the binary archive, run register.bat to install the filter and to uninstall the filter run unregister.bat and then delete the whole folder.
